today for dinner. Hardly ever have scalloped potatoes and I love them. Usually put in chunks of ham but we did not have any ham. Still going to be very good I bet. Having Cole slaw and applesauce with them.

It was outstanding! Could not sleep so here it is 2AM and I am eating leftovers.
Because we had Haddock and knew we would have plenty of food we did not have the applesauce with it.

I love scalloped potatoes. As I said everything was outstanding but next time I am going to make sure I have some slices of ham here and cut them up in small chunks like you see below.
